|Title||Ultimate Martial Artist|
|Appearances||Trigger Happy Havoc|
Sakura Ogami was one of the students in the game Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, she was known as the "Ultimate Martial Artist" and "The Ogre". She was an expert martial artist with a 400-winning fight streak. She was called out as a mole within the group, which caused outrage within the group of seven remaining students.
Ogami was very muscular, this lead to her being mistaken for a male by a few of the students. She had long, white hair and fierce-looking eyes. She also had a prominent scar running her face. Every bit of flesh she had was practically muscle.
Although Ogami looks tough, she was quite the contrary. She was a caring soul who did anything to help others, even committing suicide in order for the remaining students not to turn on each other. Before her suicide, she also busted the lock open of the Headmaster's Office, letting Kyoko to investigate.
She took quite a shine to Aoi, due to their mutual passion for athletics.
From a young age, Sakura was in the dojo, training. She used to train with her father, whom she defeated one day. Ever since then, she knew fighting was her forte. Before developing a muscular figure, Sakura had a similar figure to Aoi.
However, there was one person who she could not beat, her boyfriend Kenichiro. Kenichiro was given 6 months to live and so passed down the title of the "strongest person in the world" to Sakura.
At the start of Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, the students were given the DVDs as a motivation in order to kill. Ogami's DVD contained Monokuma's blackmail, stating that if she did not act as Monokuma's mole and kill someone in order to stimulate the killing, her family's dojo and the people at the dojo will be destroyed. Complying in order to save her loved ones, Ogami agreed to the blackmail. However, the blackmail did not go to plan; with Leon killing Sayaka, Mondo killing Chihiro and Celeste killing Hifumi and, technically speaking, Kiyotaka.
The fourth motive in order for the students to engage in murderous behaviour was exposing Ogami as the mole. Naegi had seen a fight break out the previous evening between Monokuma and Ogami, with Ogami saying that she could not be his mole no longer. Monokuma, like the previous times a motivation had been announced, called the students to the gymnasium. Monokuma exposed Ogami as the mole who has been feeding information back to him and stated that she had been given the job to "start off the killing" within the group. This caused a level of mistrust with Ogami to take place within the other members of the group. However, Aoi jumped to her defense, leaving Toko, Yasuhiro and Byakuya feeling betrayed. This caused friction between Aoi and the rest of the group.
Because of this, Genocide Jill attacked Aoi, and this triggered Ogami to go to the extreme, to kill herself. She had written a suicide note for Aoi, this was later swapped by Monokuma. Knowing what she was going to do, she decided to break one of the School Regulations and broke into a locked room, the Headmaster's Room. This let Kyoko investigate the room to obtain Mukuro Ikusaba's student file as well as the Monokuma Key.
Before committing suicide, Ogami wanted to make amends with Toko, Yasuhiro and Byakuya, slipping letters under the door, instructing them to go to the Recreation Room in order to meet her. Byakuya chose not to take Ogami up on her offer, however, the other two did. Yasuhiro, misinterpreting the letter, hit Sakura over the head with one of the Monokuma bottles, thinking that Ogami was out to kill him. In a panic, Yasuhiro wrote the name "Toko" in one of the magazines from the stand near to Ogami's body, in order to convince the other students that Toko had killed Ogami.
Later on, Toko visited Ogami. Waking up from her unconsciousness, Ogami had blood on her face and had a look that she was going to kill Toko. Panicked, Toko hit her with the other Monokuma Bottle. She noticed her name on the magazine in Ogami's blood, and closed it, putting it back upside-down. She then left the room.
However, this did not kill Ogami. She made her way to the Chemistry Lab, taking a bottle of poison. Later on, she ordered Aoi to get her a protein shake. She downed the concoction of the protein shake and poison, eventually vomiting blood and dying.
Throughout the game, the students made connections with each other. One of the most prominent being Aoi's and Sakura's friendship. Both shared their mutual love for athletics and sports. Both of them protected each other when the other was in need.
Kenichiro was Sakura's boyfriend and the only person who she could not defeat. When Kenichiro became terminally ill, he gave her the title of the strongest person in the world.
