Ultimate Despair is an organisation that was founded by Junko Enoshima. Their main aim is to cause despair around the globe.

After Junko was executed in The Ultimate Punishment, most of the remaining members committed suicide. However, the some that were left attached parts of Junko's body onto themselves. They also continued The Tragedy even after their leader's execution.
